Other Details To provide the highest quality service, we ask that you provide a guaranteed number of guests who will be served at the event. The guaranteed number must be finalized with our office three business days prior to the event. Charges will be based on the guaranteed number or actual number served, whichever is greater. Cancellations received within four business days of the event may be charged up to 80% of the bill. Cancellations less than 48 hours of the event will be billed at 100%.
